people fall in love every day
love as common as everyday
why must I attempt a unique definition of
this?
when it’s everyday that I love you
and every day that I fall
this
requires work
everyday work
every day listening
so that communication
becomes everyday
sitting down to breakfast
has become sitting down to a conversation
we giggle
and listen
hold hands under the table
and kiss with full mouths
