This is the story of an idea.
girl misses her
period,
periodically.
freaks out.
calls girlfriend/boyfriend/mother/father/sister/friend/police/god/herself
blue means yes
and
what if the error.proof.test.
only proves her error,
her very
human error.
tell me.
is there a test for an
error.proof.life?
girl is
woman
facing choice.
utilizes resources,
narrows down abortion clinics
from a
pro-life
web page.
which one is it today?
right wing shading faith
preaching their
right
righteousness
called
Life.
Upcoming Events.
Abortion Clinic Protest.
these people give capital letters to
Worst Day of Her Life.
when I say pro-CHOICE
that means I can
CHOOSE
You, too.
if I were
pro-abortion
I must be
anti-life,
right?
have you asked yourself
whose life am I fighting for?
what about the lives we already got
being led to housing projects disguised as prisons
disguised as freeway underpasses?
what part of your
belief
says an unborn "life" is worth more than the
entire
homeless
prison
population?
and you have the audacity
to call ME anti-life
when YOU worship a dead man.
This is the story of an idea.
girl misses her period.
girl faces choice
as woman of knowledge.
Knowing
her options,
however,
doesn't encourage an
easy
choice.
Feminist is human.
Activist is human.
Girl is
fatally
human.
Personal decision
leads to
political choice.
Social action
in the form of
invasive medical procedure
and physical pain
to match
emotional scars
and
mental rage.
She will wear a t-shirt
that says,
"i chose YOU, today."
and on the back,
"Yesterday, I may not have."
That
is Choice;
awareness of the ability
to change
her mind.
