Water Over Road
I see sections of grass barricaded by concrete
spilling over rain water from last nights storm

thanks for stating the obvious
ground saturation
the floor you’re walking on is overwhelmed
that concrete will buckle from the weight
technology is advancing too slowly
and men work hours too long
doing what their men bosses tell them to do
problems arise when existing structures fail
how were we to know the storm was holding that much rage?
